If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

We recommend checking the care label inside each product. Most of our items are best washed in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Avoid harsh detergents to maintain fabric quality and color vibrancy.

Not all items are machine washable. Delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, or embellished pieces may require hand washing or dry cleaning. Always follow the instructions on the care label.

Wash garments inside out

Use cold water

Avoid direct sunlight when drying

Do not overuse detergent

This helps preserve fabric texture and brightness.

If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

Manufacturing defects may include:

Broken zippers or buttons

Loose stitching

Fabric flaws

Incorrect item received

Normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not considered defects.

In selected cases, we may offer repair support depending on the issue and product type. Please contact our team for evaluation.

Repair costs vary depending on the nature of the damage. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, repair may be provided at no additional cost.

We currently ship nationwide and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.
