We recommend checking the care label inside each product. Most of our items are best washed in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Avoid harsh detergents to maintain fabric quality and color vibrancy.
Can I machine wash all products?
Not all items are machine washable. Delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, or embellished pieces may require hand washing or dry cleaning. Always follow the instructions on the care label.
How do I prevent color fading?
To maintain color:
Wash garments inside out
Use cold water
Avoid direct sunlight when drying
Do not overuse detergent
This helps preserve fabric texture and brightness.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist you promptly.
Will I receive a refund or replacement for a damaged product?
If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
Manufacturing defects may include:
