As a small business, we go to great lengths to provide exceptional service, goods, community and value to clients. While it would be easy to say ‘all sales final,” such a posture is against our values. We have a limited returns and exchange policy. Thank you for shopping small with ALL PRPS.

We do not issue refunds except on the part of negligence, error or damage, related to our care of our products. Refunds must be approved after contacting us. Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or with the original packaging and tags attached.

Replacements in conjunction with an exchange must be of equal or greater value. If the replacement selection is not of equal, or greater value, a gift card will be issued for the difference. This gift card is valid for one year.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Home goods and objects cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns or exchanges of products that are intimate, customized or reworked goods, and select other products.

  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting customer care. Refunds or Exchanges must be approved, in advance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet [7-10 days have passed], please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please read the full description of the item of interest [including pictures] to make a confident selection. We aim to be accurate and descriptive with all listings.

Exchanges

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, send us an inquiry at hello@allprps.co and we will provide further instructions.

Shipping returns

To return your product, submit a request via email to hello@allprps.co. Upon confirmation, ensure the item is post-marked within 48 hours or your return will be null and void.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We primarily ship with USPS + UPS.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
